A$AP Rocky Just Confirmed Rihanna's In The Studio RIGHT NOW — And He Sounds Terrified He Said It

Stop everything you're doing because A$AP Rocky just confirmed what we've been waiting a DECADE to hear: Rihanna is actually, legitimately, currently working on new music.

The rapper sat down with Jason Lee on The Jason Lee Show and when asked if HE was the reason we don't have a new Rihanna album yet (you know, the whole three kids and Fenty empire thing), Rocky shut that down IMMEDIATELY.

"She Cooking, No Funny Sh*t" 🔥

"Nah," Rocky replied. "She in the studio right now. Yeah, I said it. Sorry, babe."

And then? He basically started panicking in real time. "Bro, she working. She cooking, no funny shit. Damn, I'mma get in trouble for this. Her fans are going to kill me."

WE ARE NOT OKAY. It's been a full decade since Anti dropped in 2016 (yes, 2016 — let that sink in), and the Navy has been BEGGING for R9 ever since. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Rihanna previously said she's "starting over" with the album and wants to "go back and listen to stuff with new ears."

He explained that if Rihanna HAD posted his album, everyone would've said he only went No. 1 because of her. "She not on my f---ing album. What single she supposed to be posting? She posted my album... after it went No. 1," he told Lee.

He added: "Everybody done moved on with their lives and motherf---as still strung up on that sh--. It's just bugged out to me. The Internet antics and smear campaigns and all that, we see right through that."

The Friendship That Wasn't

According to Rocky, the whole beef started when he began dating Rihanna around 2020. "I thought [Drake] was my mans. I thought he was my dude," he said in an earlier interview with Akademiks. "I think when I got with [Rihanna], he started throwing shots out of nowhere."
