Stop scrolling, because Bunnie Xo just gave us the most refreshing take on divorce we've heard in a LONG time β€” and honestly? We're here for this energy.

The "Dumb Blonde" podcast host sat down with Sheinelle Jones and Jenna Bush Hager on the TODAY show Thursday to talk about her split from country superstar Jelly Roll, and instead of tears and tragedy, Bunnie is calling the whole thing "a blessing."

"I know when something like that that's deeply personal happens, it's a beautifully tragic, but at the same time there's always a silver lining, there's always something better to look forward to," the 46-year-old told the hosts, according to Page Six.

And then she dropped THIS gem: "There's so much more to talk about with me especially, and with women, than their past lovers and people in their lives."

YES, BUNNIE. πŸ‘

The Tea β˜•

  • Jelly Roll filed for divorce from Bunnie on May 18 after nearly a decade of marriage
  • The couple settled their divorce in July
  • Bunnie still wants to have a baby and says it'll be a chapter in her next book
  • Her DMs are now "a freakin smorgasbord" of dating opportunities (her words, not ours!)

She's THRIVING Out Here

The former OnlyFans creator β€” whose real name is Alisa DeFord β€” made it crystal clear that she is absolutely loving her newly single life.

"Ladies, they should've never let me back out in the streets because I love it here, and I'm never going back," she told the talk show hosts.

WE ARE NOT OKAY. 😭

Bunnie says her Instagram DMs have become flooded with potential suitors, and she's living for every second of it. "Some of these pickup lines are amazing," she revealed. "It's so much fun in there, I don't even know who to reply to."

According to Page Six, Bunnie added: "It's a lot. I love reading everybody's DMs."

But She Still Wants A Baby

Plot twist! Despite the divorce, Bunnie confirmed she "definitely" still wants to have a child.

"That's going to be one of my newest chapters of my next book, and I can't wait for you guys to read about it because it's been one hell of a journey, let me tell you," the podcaster explained.

She previously said she was planning to try to have a baby with Jelly Roll β€” and it sounds like that journey is continuing, just maybe not how she originally planned.

Why This Divorce Feels Different

What makes Bunnie's whole vibe so refreshing is how she's framing this as a moment of GROWTH, not loss.

"I feel like, us as women, we put ourselves aside so much for partners, friends, kids, and it's like we don't pour into ourselves, and sometimes you need to be selfish and you need to pour into yourself," she said during the interview.

She hopes her journey can show other people that "it doesn't matter how hard of a situation you're going through, you're going get through that, you're going to rise up and you're going to be an even better version of yourself."

And honestly? After nearly ten years of marriage, this feels like the healthiest possible response to a split.

The Backstory

For those just catching up: Bunnie and the Grammy-winning "Save Me" singer tied the knot in Las Vegas back in 2016. They even briefly split in 2018 but reconciled and stayed together for another eight years.

Jelly Roll, 41, filed for divorce in May citing "irreconcilable differences" β€” the standard breakup line β€” and they finalized everything by July.

The country star told a concert audience in Saratoga Springs, New York, in June that he and Bunnie "will always be best friends," according to Page Six.

So at least there's no messy drama or public feuding. Just two people moving on and… thriving?

The Inspirational Queen We Needed

Though Bunnie says she doesn't consider herself a "role model," she's definitely giving main character energy right now.

"If there's something I can do that can encourage and inspire anybody along the way, then I hope that they get to take bits and pieces of my mistakes and my journey and apply it to their life," she told the TODAY hosts.

And you know what? Mission accomplished, Bunnie. We're taking notes on this whole "pour into yourself" thing.

The fact that she's out here celebrating her independence, reading thirsty DMs, planning her future baby, and writing her next book chapter? That's the kind of post-divorce glow-up we love to see. ✨
